1 week of sleep deprive night


Dah 1 week Aez tido tak nyenyak... my mum say pasal he nak tumbuh gigi gaham, so he feel uncomfortable.

Masalahnya... I dunno how long more my body can take it.
Kalau dulu, time baby he wakes up every 2 hrs to feed, (which is not so bad, pasal I stuill have 2 full hr of sleep), now, he wakes up every hour.
Yesterday was the worst.... he woke up a total of 7 times.

1.30a.m (haus- mengamuk- after give him susu, he sleep back)

2.20am- cry out loud for no apparent reason- keep pointing to the door. bring him out to the sofa and sit with him on my lap. doze off for a while.
sadar dah kul 2.40a.m, bring him back to the room.

Ingatkan panas, so I on the aircon.

3.15a.m- nangis lagi.... did the same thing- sit on the sofa in the living room

4.30a.m- merengek lagi... mama really dunno sayang what you want. Pangku him on my lap & tepuk till he sleep.

5.10a.m- again....

5.20a.m- again....

5.40a.m- again...... aaarggg... mama ngantuk... takleh angkat... nak susu eh?
So I go dapur (hubby dah terbangun- he followed me with Aez clinging tightly to me)
Made susu and fed him.

Time check- 5.52a.m. I have max 38 min to catch some sleep before nak kwna mandi to go to work.

It's my daily routine to set 3 alarm- in case tak bangun...

6am- alarm clock bunyi- (put on snooze mode)
6.08a.m (reminder bunyi) snooze again

6.20a.m (another alarm bunyi) snooze
6.28a,n reminder- snooze again

6.30a.m- a new alarm bunyi- o.k... that's it- my sleep time is up... time to go to work... dunno how I'm going to go thru the day today....

I am just about the most normal person you can ever find. Whatmore can I asked for when I'm blessed with a wonderful husband and a cute baby boy whom we named,Mohd Raez Matin
